"Outstanding Service from Junkluggers – Honest, Professional, and Worth the money. I had a fantastic experience with Junkluggers. From the initial phone call to the final haul, there were no hidden fees or surprises—what they quoted during booking was exactly what they delivered. Even though it was the end of their shift, the crew made sure to remove everything I asked without cutting corners. I don't remember all their names, but the entire team, including the Team Leader, was courteous, professional, and respectful of our home. The Team Leader took time to explain the pricing structure based on how the truck gets filled and patiently answered all my questions. At one point, I almost decided against using a service like this due to cost concerns, but after seeing how smoothly and professionally they handled everything for me and my family, I knew I made the right choice. It was truly a priceless experience."

"I recently used Junkluggers for a junk removal job, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I requested estimates from two companies. Junkluggers came out in person to assess the items and sent me a detailed estimate by email shortly after. Their pricing was reasonable and transparent, which I really appreciated. The other company, on the other hand, scheduled a visit but never showed up. Later, they asked me to send photos instead, and even after I did, I never heard back from them. I liked how smooth and professional the whole process was with Junkluggers, so I decided to go with them. I called Olson, the representative, and asked if same-day removal was possible. In just three hours, a truck arrived and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. The two crew members who came were incredibly friendly and respectful. They worked carefully, making sure not to dirty or damage anything in my home, which I truly appreciated. Their professionalism really stood out. "My experience with Junkluggers was very positive. It was easy to schedule an appointment and then you'll receive texts/emails confirming details. The two workers arrived within their 2-hour window and they were efficient, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Junkluggers if you need a quick, easy way to get rid of unwanted stuff. If the items they pick up can be recycled or donated to their charity partners, that is a great way to keep the items from getting into landfills."
